Reporting & Analytics

Everyone opens the same number, and nobody rebuilds it

Reporting that pulls straight from your source systems and refreshes on its own — so the monthly rebuild, the four versions of the same figure, and the argument about which one is right all stop happening.

A dashboard portal: KPI tiles with sparklines, a revenue trend, revenue by channel and a fulfilment table.

How it fits together

Three surfaces. One definition underneath.

Two dashboards disagree when each one re-defines the measure. Define it once, and every surface that reads it agrees by construction.

One governed model, three delivery surfacesA live dashboard, a scheduled report and a branded portal all sit on one governed model in which every measure is defined once.Live dashboardOpened, filtered, drilled intoScheduled reportBuilt, formatted and sent on its ownBranded portalYour whole team logs in, no per-seat licenceOne governed modelEvery measure defined once — so all three always agree
Change the definition once and the dashboard, the emailed report and the portal all move together.
What we build

Three ways in

Power BI & Microsoft Fabric

Executive dashboards connected to live data, built on a Fabric lakehouse so they keep working as the data grows.

  • Interactive dashboards with drill-down to the row level
  • Live connections — nobody exports anything to refresh it
  • A governed data model and DAX measures that agree with finance
  • Row-level security so each team sees only its own numbers

Self-Running Reports

The recurring report someone rebuilds every week or month, turned into something that builds, formats and sends itself.

  • Built, formatted and delivered on a schedule
  • Email, PDF, Google Sheets or straight into a portal
  • Data-quality checks before anything goes out
  • An alert to you if a source fails, instead of silent bad numbers

Dashboard Portals

A branded web portal your whole team logs into for live dashboards, with no per-seat BI licence behind it.

  • Your dashboards rebuilt as a fast, branded web app
  • Unlimited viewers on one flat cost, not a per-user bill
  • Role-based logins per team, client or region
  • Live-connected to SQL, Fabric, Snowflake, Sheets or an API

What it replaces

The before and the after

Every one of these is something a real client was doing by hand before we started.

How it works today
With a Datavoris portal
Someone rebuilds the board pack from CRM exports and three spreadsheets every month.
The board pack is a link. It shows yesterday’s numbers, and nobody touched it.
Sales, finance and ops each quote a different revenue figure in the same meeting.
One governed model. One number, and you can click it to see where it came from.
Every new viewer means another Power BI licence, so access gets rationed.
A portal with unlimited viewers on a flat cost. Access stops being a budget decision.
Before you ask us for a number

What are you paying for per-seat licences?

Most teams have never added it up. Put in your headcount and current BI tool and see the three-year difference between per-seat licences and a flat-cost portal. It runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

Something we built

Sales Performance Command Center

Leadership was rebuilding the same report every month from CRM exports, finance sheets and target trackers. We pulled it into one Power BI dashboard on a Fabric lakehouse that refreshes itself daily. About nine hours of manual reporting gone every month, and leadership now opens the dashboard to yesterday’s numbers rather than last month’s.

Is this the one you need?

Describe what is happening today in a few lines. If a different family fits better, we will say so — and if it is not a fit at all, we will point you somewhere that is.
