The licence rates above are published list prices per user per month and are used here purely to estimate your current spend — your negotiated rate may be different, and you can enter it. Portal figures follow our standard pricing bands and are an estimate, not a quote; the real number depends on your data sources and how many dashboards you need. People who build reports still need their own licence — only viewers become free.
